KARACHI: Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi called on Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , Prince Mohammed bin Salman, at the Makkah Grand Palace, after performing hajj. During the meeting, both leaders discussed matters of mutual interest, bilateral relations, and the issues concerning the Muslim world. The meeting reflected the longstanding brotherly ties and close cooperation between the two countries. Sindh Governor highly appreciated the Saudi leadership’s deep affection and longstanding support for the people of Pakistan. He praised the Kingdom’s exceptional arrangements for Hajj pilgrims, describing the facilities, security measures, and hospitality extended to them as exemplary. He noted that Saudi Arabia has always stood by Pakistan during difficult times and has consistently played a vital role in strengthening economic, diplomatic, and strategic cooperation between the two brotherly nations. The Governor further stated that the relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is rooted in shared faith, mutual trust, and historic friendship, adding that the people of Pakistan hold the Saudi leadership in high esteem. The meeting also reaffirmed the commitment of both countries to further deepen bilateral cooperation and continue working together for regional stability, prosperity, and the welfare of the Muslim world.
