MANILA, May 30 (Bernama-PNA) -- Negotiations for the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA), the region’s first comprehensive digital economy pact, have concluded, paving the way for its signing in November this year, Philippine News Agency (PNA) reported.
