MANILA, Philippines – Philippine Ambassador to the United States Jose Manuel “Babe” Romualdez has expressed confidence that the Philippines would secure the Asia-Pacific seat in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) when the General Assembly votes on June 3. “We have a very good chance at getting a seat at the UNSC,” Romualdez told the Inquirer on Saturday night.
