67 injured as 2 buses collide in Benguet

TUBA, Benguet — Sixty seven passengers were injured after a bus reportedly lost its brakes and collided with another passenger bus along Marcos Highway in Sitio Caucalan, Barangay Taloy Sur here on Saturday night. Police and disaster response officials said the accident occurred at around 8:35 p.m. when a bus traveling downhill from Baguio City allegedly suffered brake failure and slammed into another bus heading toward the city.
