Typhoon Domeng to exit PAR on Monday — Pagasa

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Typhoon Domeng will likely exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Monday afternoon, June 1, the state weather bureau said. Based on the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s (Pagasa) forecast track, the typhoon may continue moving north-northwestward across the Philippine Sea until tomorrow. It will then recurve toward southern Japan for the remaining forecast period, Pagasa added.  The bureau said Domeng will continue to strengthen but will remain a typhoon while within PAR.
