TACLOBAN CITY — A woman was hacked to death by her alleged former lover in Sitio Capion, Barangay San Sebastian, Matag-ob, Leyte, on Saturday afternoon, May 30, with authorities citing jealousy as the possible motive behind the killing. Police identified the victim only as “Seling,” a widow and household helper while the suspect was identified as “Enit,” a farmer from nearby Sitio Cagubot in the same village.
