ILOILO CITY — Cloudy skies, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in most parts of the Visayas by June as the southwest monsoon (habagat) continues to affect the region, according to the latest five-day weather outlook issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) Visayas Regional Services Division.
