NIA conducts multi-State raids in Chemmad explosives seizure case

Simultaneous raids were conducted at 19 locations in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. In Kerala, premises in Kozhikode, Malappuram, Kannur, and Kasaragod were searched. In February 2026, a large quantity of explosives were seized from a lorry at Chemmad in Malappuram.
