Woman held for impersonating CM Punjab Complaint Cell chairperson

LAHORE: Punjab Police Jhelum has arrested a woman, along with her accomplice, for attempting to obtain official protocol and government facilities by posing as the Chairperson of the Chief Minister Punjab Complaint Cell. According to the spokesperson for Jhelum Police, the accused, Mehnaz Saeed, contacted Jhelum City Police while presenting herself as the Chairperson of the Chief Minister Punjab Complaint Cell and introduced herself in that capacity. The accused also demanded protocol and other official facilities from the police. Jhelum Police spokesperson further said that, for verification of the matter, the Chief Minister Punjab Complaint Cell was contacted, upon which the relevant authorities categorically denied any relationship or affiliation with a woman named Mehnaz Saeed.
