Govt to sell up to 6 pc in NHPC; OFS opens on Tuesday

The government plans to sell up to 6% stake in NHPC at ₹71 per share starting Tuesday. The offer includes a 3% base and an additional 3% Green Shoe Option. This sale could generate approximately ₹4,200 crore for the exchequer.
