BFAR: Bolinao, Anda coastal waters in Pangasinan now red tide-free

SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — The coastal areas of Bolinao and Anda in western Pangasinan are now free of red tide toxin, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region I announced in Shellfish Bulletin No. 13, issued on Monday. BFAR stated that all shellfish gathered from the two towns are now safe for consumption, and fishermen may already harvest and market them.
