Life after fame is becoming a hot topic in Korea, as former entertainers reveal the unexpected careers they pursued after leaving the spotlight. The latest examples include a former K-pop idol and a rapper who are now working as managers at cosmetic surgery clinics. Former PRISTIN and HINAPIA member Jung Eun-woo shared her career update through social media on May 29, revealing that she recently started working as a manager at a plastic surgery clinic. Reflecting on her unconventional journey, Jung listed her past appearances on audition programs including “Superstar K4,” “Voice Kids” and Mnet's “Produce 101,” as well as her years as a K-pop idol. "I'm 28 years old. I can't socially log out," she said. "If I want to make a living, I have to do something. I decided to become a manager at a Gangnam plastic surgery clinic. It can't be harder than becoming a successful idol, can it?" she added. Jung first gained public recognition through “Produce 101” in 2016.
