CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro signed the Right to Care Program Executive Order on the first day of Pride Month, June 1, allowing Cebuanos to formally designate a trusted person to act as their care partner for healthcare, emergency, and social protection purposes across the province.
