TABUK CITY, Kalinga — Members of a non-government organization have called on Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon to intensify audits of government infrastructure projects in Kalinga after observing cracks and other structural defects in a public school and several infrastructure facilities across the province. During an inspection on Monday, members of Save Kalinga Inc. noted long cracks, damaged ceilings, and deteriorating flooring in some classrooms at Liwan West Elementary School in Rizal town.
