Labor Ministry informs of new entry rules for Kyrgyzstanis into Russia

The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration informs citizens that new requirements for foreigners from visa-free CIS countries, including citizens of Kyrgyzstan, will come into effect in Russia starting July 1.
