Viennese Man Fled in Upper Austria at 230 km/h from Police, 17-Year-Old Passenger Threw Objects Out of Window

A 23-year-old man from Vienna and a 33-year-old from Wels fled from the police. Both were caught. The driver from Vienna was caught by officers in Kallham (district of Grieskirchen) on Monday morning driving at 125 km/h in a 70 km/h zone. He did not stop but repeatedly tried to push the police vehicle off the road. In doing so, he reached speeds of up to 230 km/h on country roads, the police reported on Tuesday.
