I don't know if it's 800 [thousand] or 1 million barrels of oil. From my perspective, what we have to ensure is the production of oil for the country, our internal consumption," she pointed out. The alliance between Pemex and Petrobras was proposed in March by the Brazilian president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, who stated that the Brazilian oil company could provide "a lot of help" to the Mexican state company.
