MANILA, Philippines — Former Public Works and Highways secretary Manuel Bonoan has been transferred to a private hospital from the Philippine National Police – General Hospital (PNP-GH), the PNP confirmed on Wednesday. PNP public information chief Col. Allen Rae Co, in a press briefing in Camp Crame,said that Bonoan was transferred on Tuesday night. He did not immediately name the private hospital where Bonoan was transferred.
