Việt Nam, Japan enhance defence co-operation

General Nguyễn Tân Cương, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Việt Nam People’s Army and Deputy Minister of National Defence on Tuesday held talks with General Uchikura Hiroaki, Chief of Staff of Japan’s Joint Staff.
