CEBU CITY, Philippines — Around 600 pupils of Lusaran Elementary School may attend classes on a shifting schedule if ongoing classroom repairs fail to meet a June 8 completion target. Repairs in the upland barangay school continue nearly seven months after Typhoon Tino devastated the barangay and left school buildings in ruins.
