A Delhi court has summoned industrialist Naveen Jindal and former coal secretary P C Parekh. This follows a CBI chargesheet alleging irregularities in the Gare Palma IV/1 coal block allocation. The investigation began over a decade ago. The court found sufficient material to proceed with the case. The accused face charges of criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust, and cheating.
