Japan, Thailand ink memorandum on new foreign worker program

TOKYO -- Japan signed a memorandum of cooperation with Thailand on Tuesday for the proper implementation of Japan's new skill development and employment program for foreign workers, the Immigration Services Agency said Thursday.
