SCNS explains conditions under which TikTok will be reopened in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan will only reopen access to TikTok social media platform after the launch of equipment capable of blocking certain prohibited content. Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), Alisher Erbaev, announced this at a parliamentary session today.
