The School of Business Administration at Sejong University has appointed Hwang Jae-nam, partner at Samjong KPMG, as an adviser for its efforts to maintain accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), a leading global accreditation body for business education. The university said Thursday that Hwang’s appointment will support the school in securing AACSB reaccreditation, adding that it is preparing for the next reaccreditation review in 2028. Sejong University’s School of Business Administration was among the first private universities in South Korea to earn AACSB accreditation in 2007. Since then, it has maintained its accreditation through three consecutive reaccreditation reviews in 2012, 2017 and 2022.
