Upon arrival Macron briefly spoke with Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev and silently passing by European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen and Romanian President Nicușor Dan he took his spot between President of Serbia Alexandar Vucic and EU Council President Antonio Costa. Six Western Balkan nations are attempting to join the EU, with enlargement set to be on the agenda - as well as the row over Ukraine wanting to 'jump the queue' ahead of others who have been waiting for many years."
