"Ambulance crews arrived at the Inebolu Port on Friday after a reported attack on a Turkish vessel in the Black Sea left one dead and four others injured. Footage shows ambulances parked nearby as well as a Turkish Coast Guard Command vessel approaching the port with its crew on board. In a statement, the Turkish Coast Guard Command reported that Turkish-flagged fishing vessel DURU 67 had been attacked in the Black Sea near Sevastopol, off the western coast of Crimea. "The attack sustained severe damage to the vessel and later sank. A nearby fishing boat, BURAK KAYA, began evacuating five injured fishermen from the impact site and transporting them toward the Turkish port of İnebolu on the Black Sea coast. During the transport, one of the injured fishermen succumbed to his injuries," the statement read. The Coast Guard reportedly dispatched a patrol vessel carrying a specialised 19-member medical team from Inebolu Port at 12:35 local time (09:00 GMT). The unit reached the fishing boat, BURAK KAYA, at 21:20 local time (16:20 GMT), roughly 115 nautical miles north of the Turkish search and rescue area and towards the port of Inebolu. The victims of the attacked vessel were transferred to the BURUK KAYA and received treatment on their way back to the port. No official statement has been issued about the details of the incident or the party liable at the time of publication."
