Cebu LGUs prepare aid for victims of Mindanao earthquake

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — At least two local governments in Cebu are preparing assistance for earthquake victims in Mindanao. Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro and Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival said they have already instructed their respective disaster response teams to coordinate with their counterparts in Mindanao to assess the affected communities’ needs and determine the appropriate aid to provide. “In times like these, we are reminded that Filipinos are strongest when we stand together.
