MGI All Stars first edition winner Vanessa Pulgarin of Colombia is in Manila with Miss Grand International president Nawat Itsaragrisil to attend the grand media conference of Reina Filipinas. The two arrived from Thailand on June 9, and were welcomed by Jojo Bragais, CEO of Jojo Bragais Shoes. Pulgarin had just won her crown at the conclusion of the MGI All Stars competition in Bangkok on May 30.
