MANILA, Philippines — Hours after a 7.8 earthquake killed at least one person, collapsed buildings and triggered regional tsunami warnings in areas in Mindanao, a magnitude 6.1 aftershock rocked the Sarangani Province, on Monday, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reports.
