'Habagat' weakens; thunderstorms expected across PH – Pagasa

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the habagat is now only affecting the western section of Northern Luzon. “We do not expect widespread rainfall over most parts of the country.
