Marius Borg Høiby (29), de zoon van de Noorse kroonprinses Mette-Marit (52), gaat niet in beroep tegen het besluit van het Noorse gerechtshof om hem niet vrij te laten. Dat heeft zijn advocaat Ellen Holager Andenæs gezegd tegen Noorse media. Een rechter bepaalde maandag nog dat Høiby vrijgelaten mocht worden om bij zijn zieke moeder te zijn, maar het gerechtshof bepaalde woensdag anders.
