a) While performing the user transactions, benefiting from the products or services in the Application and performing any transactions related to the products or services in the Application, the user shall comply with all the terms in this contract, the rules specified on the Collector website and all the legislation contained therein, all the terms and conditions specified in this contract. acknowledges that he has read, understood and approved the rules.

You acknowledge that you have only a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non- sublicensable, non-transferable and limited right to use Collector on non-commercial purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Collector application or attempt to gain access to the source code for Collector, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law. You will not transfer or assign any right or obligation hereunder without the prior written consent of Collector. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you breach any of your obligations under this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Collector

The names, images and logos identifying Collector applications, associated companies or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks of Collector, its affiliates or associated companies and/or third parties.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise any license or right under any trademark or patent of Collector, its associated companies or any other third party.
All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in this application (including the design, arrangement and look and feel) and all material or content supplied as part of our Applications & Services shall remain at all times the property of Collector or Collector’s licensors.
In accessing the Collector application, you agree that you do so only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not agree to, permit or assist in any way any third party to crawl, copy, reproduce, download, post, store, distribute, transmit, broadcast, commercially exploit or modify in any way the material or content without Collector prior written permission

Information Collection and Use
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Services.
Registration Information: the user registration thru the app is optional. If the user would like to do so, he can do it using facebook registration e.g. by providing his account credentials. The user can choose what kind of information he would like to share with us: friends, email etc... This information if provided, will be collected and stored to allow the users in case of any new install to retrieve his previous choices done thru the app easily.
Location: The mobile application may also ask you to share your location. Collector provides you with weather information in your city using your location information.We only request your location information to show your weather. We do not save it anywhere. By sending the location to the weather provider, we get the weather information of that location. We do not do any other. This information is important to allow the users of this mobile app to use the "nearest" feature of the app. If the location is not provided the user can miss this feature.
User IDs and Device IDs. When you install the Collector mobile application, we create a unique identification number associated with that installation of the app called "User ID" and we may collect a unique device ID associated with your particular device ("Device ID"). If you opt for a registration thru facebook, we will associate your User ID or your Device ID with your Registration Information.
Usage Information. When you use our Services, our servers will automatically record information that your device sends or transmits, including, but not limited to, user settings, location and information about your use of the Services.
Use of this info: We use Personal Information to: enable you to easily navigate the Services, to provide, improve and optimize the Services, to better understand users needs and interests, to customize your experience, to provide you with mobile updates and/or new features' announcements, and to provide you with further information and offers from us that we believe you may find interesting.
Cookies: We might use cookies to save your preferences and personalize the Services for you. Third-party advertisers or sources may also place or read cookies through the Services. You can instruct your device or browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie.
