Baligod: 14 more ex-staff of Zaldy Co ready to testify in Senate probe

MANILA, Philippines — Another 14 “former employees” of ex-Congressman Zaldy Co are prepared to face the Senate probe, Atty. Levito Baligod confirmed on Monday. They will join the initial 18 self-confessed bagmen who allegedly delivered luggage full of cash to government officials involved in the flood control scandal. Baligod said he will submit the names of the fourteen to Sen. Robin Padilla, whom they acknowledge as a member of the Senate blue ribbon committee.
