MANILA, Philippines — Former Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan has been transferred back to the Philippine National Police (PNP) General Hospital in Camp Crame, Quezon City, according to the PNP Health Service (PNP-HS) on Monday. In a Viber message, PNP-HS Director Brig. Gen. Portia Manalad confirmed that Bonoan was returned to the PNP General Hospital at 5:30 p.m. “We are just waiting for the comprehensive official results,” Manalad said when asked about the results of the angiogram and 2D echo procedures of the former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) chief.
