MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday said it has leads on the location of the remaining two individuals at large who are wanted by the Sandiganbayan over an allegedly anomalous P53.9-million flood control project in Bulacan. In a statement, PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. identified them as Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) officials Ernesto Galang and Lorenzo Pagtalunan. “Our intelligence units and the CIDG (Criminal Investigation and Detection Group) have already established significant leads regarding the possible whereabouts and the network assisting these fugitives,” Nartatez said.
