World : Kazakh National Food Exports May Hit US$50–80 Million By 2028

ASTANA, March 23 (Bernama-Qazinform) -- Exports of traditional Kazakh foods such as kazy (horsemeat sausage), kumys (fermented mare’s milk), kurt (dried cheese curds), and baursaks (fried dough) could reach US$50–80 million by 2028, Qazinform News Agency reported.
