‘Stop, stop, stop’ heard from control tower during LaGuardia Airport collision

In audio recorded Sunday night, a voice could be heard telling a vehicle multiple times to 'stop,' before a regional jet struck a fire truck on a runway while landing at New York's LaGuardia Airport.
