Acquittal in Rape Trial in Vienna

A 29-year-old was acquitted of rape charges in Vienna. He was accused of abusing a 16-year-old in October 2025. However, he was convicted of theft and a violation of the weapons law, as he had stolen an e-scooter and a jacket and was in possession of a switchblade and a folding knife, despite being under a weapons ban.
