CPI(M) to contest five seats as part of DMK-led alliance in Tamil Nadu Assembly polls

Political parties in Tamil Nadu are finalizing seat-sharing arrangements for the upcoming Assembly elections. The DMK-led alliance and the NDA have reached agreements. The elections will be held on April 23. Counting of votes is scheduled for May 4. Actor Vijay's party is also contesting.
