Iloilo City rolls out fuel subsidy for tricycle drivers

ILOILO CITY — The city government has started distributing fuel subsidy coupons to tricycle drivers and operators to help cushion the impact of rising petroleum prices driven by tensions in the Middle East. Mayor Raisa Treñas said the Fuel Subsidy Coupon (FSC) program will initially cover members of various Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations (TODA) across the city’s districts.
