"Magen David Adom (MDA) said four people were injured in Tel Aviv on Tuesday following an Iranian ballistic missile strike. Footage shows a column of smoke rising above debris scattered across the ground, with a heavily damaged residential building visible in the background. MDA said the number of injured had been revised from six to four. All four sustained minor injuries from smoke inhalation and were treated at the scene without hospitalisation. According to Israeli security officials, the strike involved a munition carrying an estimated 100 kilograms of explosives. Overnight Iranian attacks have caused damage in multiple locations across Israel, with reports of buildings and vehicles being hit. In a statement, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said, “targets in Eilat, Dimona, northern Tel Aviv, and several bases of the terrorist American army in the region were precisely hit with multi-warhead ballistic missiles and destructive drones.” The escalation follows joint military operations by the United States and Israel against Iran on February 28, carried out during ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at limiting Tehran’s nuclear and missile programmes. Tehran has since launched retaliatory strikes targeting Israeli territory and US military assets across the region, with explosions reported in several Gulf countries. Iran later confirmed the killing of its Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, after which his son, Mojtaba Khamenei, assumed leadership."
