Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Tuesday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs464,062 after a gain of Rs16,300 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs397,858 after it increased by Rs13,975, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On March 20 , gold price per tola reached Rs491,362 after a decline of Rs8,100 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $163 to reach $4,413 per ounce (with a premium of $20). Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs570 to reach Rs7,454 per tola.
