CEBU CITY, Philippines — Tagbilaran City made massive waves at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) Aquatics Center, racking up 15 gold medals in swimming after two days of competition in the Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA) 2026. As of this writing, Tagbilaran’s 15-gold haul has yet to be reflected in the official medal standings released by the Department of Education (DepEd) Region 7.
