'For All Mankind' ends with a newly announced season 6 renewal

Apple TV is giving "For All Mankind" a real ending with a sixth season while turning the series into a long-term franchise play with a new spinoff. "For All Mankind" gets a sixth and final season For All Mankind will end with its sixth season, and season five will premiere on March 27. A spinoff is already scheduled , so fans can look forward to more content. Executives mentioned that the sixth season will be the last , but there's a companion series called Star City coming out on May 29.
