The new generation are about to re-live the “thirty, flirty, and thriving” era all over again as a reboot of the 2004 romantic comedy “13 Going on 30” is officially in development with Logan Lerman and Emily Bader set to star in the lead roles.  The project was announced by Netflix on its social media platforms on Wednesday, March 25.
