Spikers' Turf: No. 2 Savouge builds more confidence ahead of semis

MANILA, Philippines — Savouge clinched the No. 2 spot in the 2026 Spikers’ Turf Open Conference semifinals after sweeping VNS Always Bright Laticrete, 25-21, 25-23, 25-20, on Tuesday at Paco Arena. After a come-from-behind win over Alpha Insurance last week, the Spin Doctors’ bench mob shone to capture their third straight win for a 7-2 record behind unbeaten Criss Cross (9-0). Mark Calado paced Savouge with 10 points, while Angelo Reyes and JP Bugaoan added seven each.
