CEBU CITY, Philippines — Riders using modified or aftermarket motorcycle mufflers may soon get clearer guidance, with the Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7) confirming that certain modifications will be allowed. They do need to meet specific standards on noise and equipment.
