North of Ireland introducing paid bereavement leave for parents suffering from miscarriage

Economy Minister Dr Caoimhe Archibald has confirmed that new miscarriage leave and pay entitlements will come into effect within a fortnight, with the compassionate step in the north of Ireland one of the first of its kind anywhere in Europe.
