CEBU CITY, Philippines — Police are looking into a possible family feud as the motive behind the fatal shooting of a tricycle driver in Barangay Lawaan 3, Talisay City on Tuesday, March 24. Police Lieutenant Colonel Homobuno R. Sayon, chief of the Talisay City Police Station, said an initial background investigation showed that the victim had prior conflicts within his family, which authorities are considering as a possible reason behind the attack.
