On-site classes in Albay suspended due to transport strike

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay—In-person classes in Albay province were suspended on Thursday and Friday in anticipation of the nationwide transport strike. In an advisory, Acting Governor Farida Co said the public and private schools will implement alternative learning modality at all levels. She also advised the local government units to provide free rides for stranded commuters in their areas.
